eRequisition – Product UX/UI Design

Project Overview

eRequisition is a web-based procurement and requisition management platform designed to simplify purchasing workflows, automate approvals, and give businesses better control over their purchasing processes.

The project focused on creating a clear and scalable UI/UX experience for a complex B2B SaaS product, where users need to manage requisitions, approval workflows, purchase orders, receiving, and purchasing data from one centralized platform.

The challenge was to make these complex processes feel simple and intuitive while creating a consistent visual system that could support the platform's different features and user journeys.

Goal

Create a modern, intuitive, and scalable UI/UX experience that makes procurement workflows easier to understand and navigate.

The goal was to clearly communicate the value of eRequisition while designing an interface that helps users move through purchasing processes with less friction—from creating a requisition and reviewing it to approval and purchase order creation.
